OUR BAND MEMBERS

Mike Costanzo

Lead Vocals, Percussion

Mike’s musical journey began at age 11 as a saxophonist before discovering rock and roll and picking up the drums at 13. By 18, he was already performing and gigging throughout the DC area, building experience in local cover bands and developing a strong foundation as a live performer.

Over the years, Mike has played in hard rock and metal bands and toured the East Coast with R&B and jam acts, gaining a diverse musical background and dynamic stage presence. A natural vocalist with a strong ear for harmony, he eventually stepped out from behind the drum kit to take on the role of frontman for Medicine Man.

Drawing influence from artists like Robert Plant, Ronnie James Dio, Chris Cornell, Don Henley, and Robert Palmer, Mike brings a blues-driven, powerful vocal style that defines the band’s sound and energizes every performance.

A highly versatile guitarist, Pat moves effortlessly between styles—laying down funky rhythm grooves, delivering blistering lead work, and adding southern slide when the moment calls for it. His ability to adapt across genres is a major factor in the band’s wide-ranging repertoire. Most recently, Pat has performed with the metal band Machinegun Preachers and the 10-piece disco tribute band Groovalicious—a combination that speaks volumes about his range and musical flexibility.
